Uladzimir Shchur has a diverse work experience in the software development industry. Uladzimir began their career in 2010 as an Electronics Engineer at City Childrenā€™s Outpatient Clinic No. 3. In 2011, they joined Itransition as a Software Technician and then moved on to Elilink Consulting, where they worked as a Software Development Engineer from 2011 to 2013. Uladzimir continued their career at ProntoSoft as a Software Development Engineer before joining Belitsoft in 2015 for the same role. In 2017, they became the Lead Software Development Engineer at AppXite and later transitioned to Playtika as a Software Development Engineer from 2017 to 2019. Currently, they are a Software Developer at Access Softek, where they started in 2019.

Uladzimir Shchur obtained a Bachelor's degree in Radiophysics and Computer Technologies with a specialization in computer security from Belarusian State University. This degree was earned between the years 2006 and 2011. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained certifications in "Learn Kubernetes by Doing" from Linux Academy in January 2020 and "F#: Automated Testing for Developers" from LinkedIn in June 2017.
