Kirit Shah has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over multiple industries and roles. Kirit started their career as a Project Engineer at Electronics Consultancy Services in 1984, where they provided project consultancy services. Kirit then worked as a Customer Engineer at International Data Management, maintaining computers and peripherals. In 1988, they joined Emirates Electronics Co (Al Shirawi Group) as a Computer Engineer, managing technical support, production, and repair departments. Kirit also handled maintenance of Group Data Center activities and later became involved in maintenance of CNC machines and X-Ray baggage inspection systems. In 1994, they became a Technical Manager at the Management Services Division (Al Shirawi Group) before transitioning to the role of General Manager at Emirates Electronics Co, where they successfully transformed the company into a profitable organization. From 1987 to 2003, Kirit Shah served as the Group IT Head at Oasis Investment Company (Al Shirawi Group), overseeing a conglomerate of 34 major companies and managing various products and services. From 2003 to 2017, they held the position of Chief Information Officer at Landmark Group, where they formulated a long-term strategy for migrating legacy systems to a centralized IT architecture and managed stakeholder communication. Since 2017, Kirit Shah has been working as the Director of Strategy and Customer Excellence at both Accely and Brainvire Infotech Inc., where they focus on expanding partnerships and improving customer success and relationships.

Kirit Shah completed their Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Victoria Jubilee Technical Institute in Bombay, India from 1981 to 1984. Before that, they obtained a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from K J Somaiya Polytechnic in Bombay, India from 1979 to 1981. Kirit attended Hansraj Morarji Public School in Bombay, India from 1972 to 1978, completing grades 6 to 10. In their early education, from 1968 to 1972, they studied at Diredawa Mahajan School in Ethiopia, completing grades 1 to 5.
