Lu Fisher has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. They started their career in 2000 as a Helpdesk Analyst at FirstEnergy and worked there until 2002. From 2003 to 2006, they worked as a Systems Administrator at City of Baltimore. In 2006, Lu joined City of Cleveland as an IT Programs Manager, a role they held until 2008. They then joined Accela as a Senior Implementation Consultant, a role they held from 2008 to 2013. Lu briefly worked as a Technology Services Manager at Cobb County from 2013 to 2014 before returning to Accela. At Accela, Lu held the role of Customer Success Manager from 2014 to 2019 and then transitioned to the role of Customer Success Architect in 2019, which they currently hold.
