Nitin Kumar is an experienced technical support professional with a background in various technical environments. Currently serving as an Associate Technical Support Engineer at Broadbean Technology since January 2020, Nitin utilizes tools such as Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams to address customer technical issues through thorough research and troubleshooting. Previously, Nitin held the position of Technical Support Associate at CareerBuilder and worked as a Technical Support Engineer at VMAK Research and Services. Responsibilities included providing effective resolutions for technical issues related to computers and peripherals for users in the US and Canada, as well as participating in tech meetings to enhance technical skills.
