Maibel Troia currently serves as the ACSE Music Program Leader at ACADEMIR CHARTER SCHOOLS INC since July 2021 and also holds the position of President and Conductor at Encantus Voices & Ensemble, a non-profit organization based in Miami, Florida, since June 2018. With a diverse background as a Professional Musician at MY BELL INC. since 2017, Maibel has extensive experience in various music roles, including Independent Music Professional from 2003 to 2017 and Choir Director at institutions such as El Sistema, CADAFE, and UCAB. Educational credentials include multiple master's degrees in Choral and Orchestra Conducting from Universidad Simón Bolívar, a Master of Public Administration from IESA, and a Bachelor's degree in Music from Instituto Universitario de Estudios Musicales, alongside early training at Juan Manuel Olivares Music School.
