Shelah Feldstein, Ed.D., is a Senior Improvement Specialist at WestEd since June 2021, and a member of the Carnegie Foundation National Faculty since December 2018, focusing on enhancing continuous improvement practices in education. Prior experience includes serving as Improvement Advisor and Mid-State Collaborative Network Director at Tulare County Office of Education, where Shelah built infrastructure for Continuous Improvement and facilitated statewide workshops. Additionally, Shelah held roles as Central Valley Networked Improvement Director and Instructional Coach at Exeter Unified School District, emphasizing instructional changes and student outcomes. Education credentials include a Master's degree in Education Leadership from Fresno Pacific University and ongoing doctoral studies in Education Leadership at George Fox University.
