Henrikas Rimkus has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Henrikas started their career at Alcatel-Lucent in 1999 as an NPI Engineer and worked there for 15 years. In 2014, they joined Acacia Communications, which is now part of Cisco, where they held multiple roles including Senior SQA Engineer, Senior Systems Quality Assurance Manager, and currently serves as the Director of Engineering.

Henrikas Rimkus has a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Henrikas also earned a degree in Electrical Engineering from the same institution. Prior to their studies at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, they attended Kaunas University of Technology, where they focused on Electronics.
