Mehrdad Ghanad started their work experience in 2009 at Micromodje Industries as an RF Design Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for implementing frequency converter modules for DVB transmitters and developing power amplifiers for DVB transmitters. Mehrdad worked at Micromodje Industries until 2010.

From 2010 to 2017, Mehrdad worked as a Research Assistant at Ecole polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne.

In 2017, they joined ASTROCAST as an RF Design Engineer, where they currently hold the position.

Mehrdad Ghanad has a strong educational background in the field of microelectronics. Mehrdad obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree from EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) between 2010 and 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Science (MSc) degree in microelectronics at the Sharif University of Technology from 2007 to 2009. Mehrdad'seducational journey began with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from K. N. Toosi University of Technology, which they earned between 2003 and 2007.
