Richard Horgan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client development and sales leadership. Since December 2006, Richard has served as Manager Client Development at ACA Group while concurrently holding the role of Vice President National Sales Director at NCS Regulatory Compliance, where Richard has also been Regional Sales Director. In addition, Richard has been a Director at Foreside Financial Group, LLC since December 2013, and Sales Director at Regulatory Compliance since August 2013, after previously serving as Regional Sales Director in that organization from 2006 to 2008. Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the College of the Holy Cross, earned between 1972 and 1976.
