Jackie M. has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Jackie started their career in 2003 at Farin & Associates, Inc., where they worked as the Director of Marketing & Educational Services for over 15 years, until March 2019.

In March 2019, Jackie joined Abrigo, a technology company for community financial institutions. Jackie initially worked as the Senior Content Manager, responsible for automating key processes such as anti-money laundering, fraud detection, and lending solutions to address the Enterprise Risk Management needs of their customers.

In January 2022, Jackie was promoted to Senior Customer Engagement Manager, where they played a more strategic role in managing and engaging with customers. Jackie was later promoted to Customer Engagement Director in June 2023, further enhancing their responsibilities in driving customer satisfaction and growth.

Jackie M. obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, General from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where they studied from 1996 to 1999.
