Linekela Jason has worked in various finance and accounting roles throughout their career. Linekela began as a Trainee Accountant at PwC Namibia from 2006 to 2009. Linekela then worked as a Revenue and Inventory Accountant at tn Mobile from 2010 to 2011, where they were responsible for processing invoices, reconciling stock, and conducting stock counts. From 2011 to 2014, Linekela worked as an Accountant at USAID/Namibia, where they performed budget planning, conducted audits, and monitored cash instruments. Linekela later joined the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as a Budget Analyst from 2014 to 2020, assisting in budget development, forecasting resource needs, and compiling budget justifications. Linekela served as the Chief Finance Officer at CDC from 2021 to 2022 before becoming the Head of Finance, Administration, and Operation for the LHSS Project at Abt Associates in 2022.

Linekela Jason's education history includes the following:

- From 2020 to 2021, Linekela Jason attended the Graduate School of Business at the University of Cape Town, where they pursued an MCOM in Development Finance.

- In 2016 and 2017, Linekela Jason studied at the University of Cape Town and obtained an Advanced Diploma in Business Project Management within the field of Commerce.

- Linekela Jason also attended the University of Namibia from 2002 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
