Ricardo Dager is a dedicated financial professional currently serving as a Financial Advisor at Creative Financial Group since July 2023. Previously, Ricardo held various roles within the same organization, including Financial Services Representative from May 2021 to April 2023 and Financial Services Assistant before that. Additionally, Ricardo gained early experience during a virtual summer internship in 2020, where valuable insights into the financial advisor profession were acquired. Prior to entering the financial sector, Ricardo worked as a Summer Camp Counselor at Panthers All-Sports Camp and served as a level 8 soccer referee for the U.S. Soccer Federation. Ricardo earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from The College of New Jersey, graduating in 2023, and completed high school at Glen Rock High School in 2019.
