Helene Felber is a Senior Consultant in Talent Solutions at PDRI by Pearson since June 2017, specializing in addressing human capital challenges for federal and private sector organizations through research and analytical skills in selection and assessment. Previously, Felber served as an I/O Psychologist at Fields Consulting Group, where promotional assessments and assessor training for public safety departments were developed and administered. Additional experience includes a role as I/O Psychologist Consultant at Human Resources Team, focusing on interview techniques training and management information dissemination, and as an Organizational Consultant & Researcher at the Human Resources Research Organization, where employee selection systems and performance assessment tools were designed. Helene Felber holds a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Michigan State University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland.
