Keith Will, an accomplished professional with an MBA, is currently the Manager of Business Development for Global Offshore Energies at the American Bureau of Shipping since May 2023. As the Managing Director and Founder of Caledonian Solutions, established in January 2017, Keith leads a globally focused consultancy that supports international businesses in revenue, cash flow, and operational improvements. Additionally, Keith is a Partner at Caledonian Energies and Caledonian Financials, focusing on energy solutions and commercial finance brokering, respectively. Previous roles include Global Business Development and Technical Sales at Halliburton, Senior Account Manager at Honeywell, and co-founder of Reef Subsea. Keith possesses a strong educational background with degrees from multiple institutions, including Texas A&M University and Robert Gordon University. Keith is also recognized as a TEDx speaker and serves as a Non-Executive Director for the GlobalScot Network.
