Oleg Kolesnykov is an experienced maritime professional currently serving as Manager Operation & Senior Surveyor at MARiTECH COMMERCIAL, Inc. since September 2022, specializing in oil, chemical, and bulk operations with expertise in marine operations and port captaincy globally. Previously, Kolesnykov held the position of Captain at Thome Group from January 2014 to December 2022 and served as Chief Officer at V.Ships (Cyprus) and Fleet Pro Ship Management, as well as 2nd/3rd Officer at LSC. Oleg holds a Master of Business Administration in Shipping and Logistics from Middlesex University and is pursuing Professional Qualifying Examinations at the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers.
