Vishal Gurung is an experienced Customer Success Manager at Verificient Technologies, responsible for managing the client life cycle from pre-sales testing to implementation, while serving as the primary contact for client communications, product demos, training, and subscription renewals since April 2020. Previously, Vishal held the role of Senior Executive Customer Management at Capita India from September 2017 to October 2019, where client satisfaction ratings improved through effective issue resolution and communication. Vishal also completed an internship in web operations at Capita India, focusing on web page design and content editing. Vishal holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
