Prasad Kelkar has over 25 years of experience in human resources and administration, currently serving as the Head of HR & Admin at ABM Knowledgeware Ltd since November 2004, focusing on talent acquisition, performance management, and workforce operations. Previous roles include Manager HRD at Anand Rathi Securities, where Prasad managed comprehensive human resources development, and Human Resources Executive at Ferring Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd, facilitating communication between employees and management. Prasad began the professional journey as a Personnel Officer at NRC Limited. Prasad holds a Master’s in Labour Studies from MILS, Mumbai University, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree.
