Ida Hatoum currently serves as the Chief People Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Abivax since June 2023 and is a member of Chief, a network for women in executive leadership, since July 2022. Previously, Ida held the position of Senior Vice President, Head of People Talent and Culture at CinCor Pharma, Inc. from May 2022 to May 2023, and prior to that, was the Head of Organizational Development and Training at BioDelivery Sciences International from April 2014 to May 2022. Ida's career also includes roles such as Director of Organizational Development at Aquinas Leadership Group, Global Training Lead at Aerocrine, Market Development Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific, Pediatric Respiratory Specialist at AstraZeneca, and Cardiovascular Specialist at Roche Pharmaceuticals. Ida earned a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from The University of Toledo, completing studies there from 1992 to 1997.
