Deborah Shuster - PHR, WLCP is an experienced Human Resources professional with extensive expertise in managing HR functions across various organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at GFS Chemicals since January 2021, Deborah previously held similar managerial roles at the Solid Waste Authority of Central Ohio and CEMS of Ohio d/b/a MedCare Ambulance. Key achievements include significantly increasing staffing and reducing payroll costs, as well as implementing training programs and strategic HR initiatives to improve employee relations and operational efficiency.
