Yogesh Ranade has over 30 years of work experience in the manufacturing and chemical industries. Yogesh began their career in 1988 as a Process Engineer at Kinetics Technology India Limited. In 1991, they moved to Bayer India Limited as Manager of Production. In 2003, they joined LANXESS India Private Limited as GM - Head of Manufacturing and Head - Process. From 2011 to 2018, they worked at Pidilite Industries as Chief - Manufacturing Operations (Industrial Products) and Chief - Strategy & Technology. In 2018, they joined Abhisam Software as Director - Training & Consulting Services and in 2020, they became Vice President of Manufacturing at Dorf Ketal.

Yogesh Ranade began their educational journey in 1984 when they earned a B Chem Engg from the University Department of Chemical Technology in the field of Chemical Engineering. Yogesh then went on to pursue an M Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research, which they completed in 1991. Finally, in 1994 they earned a DBF from ICFAI in Business Finance.
