Mats Holst Aandahl currently serves as Prosjektforskningsleder at ABEL Technologies AS, where responsibilities include initiating and leading research projects focused on the feasibility and impact of digital health guidance for various patient groups. Mats also holds a position as an external sensor at Nord universitet and previously worked at Haukeland universitetssjukehus as a Health and Exercise Advisor for Cancer Rehabilitation. Prior experience includes working as a Personal Trainer at SATS, a Master's degree student at NTNU, and a Dentist assistant at Lillehammer Tannhelse. Mats has a strong academic background with a Bachelor's degree in Human Movement Science and a Master's degree in Exercise Physiology from NTNU, along with an exchange program in Exercise Physiology at The University of Queensland.
