Jason Szwed, MBA, is an experienced professional in client services and outsourcing management, currently serving as Vice President Client Services at ABC-Amega since October 2007. Jason oversees the company's client service strategy and operations while leading team collaboration across departments. Previously, Jason held multiple leadership roles within ABC-Amega, including Vice President and Divisional Vice President of Global Outsourcing, where responsibilities included managing the 1st party collection portfolio and implementing outsourcing projects. Earlier career experiences include Director of Marketing and Manager of Business Development at ABC-Amega, and Contract Manager at Exigence. Jason began their career at Fiserv Lending Solutions as Remarketing Program Manager. Jason earned an MBA in Strategic Management and a BS in Liberal Studies/Business Administration from Medaille University, along with a Regents/AP Math & Science qualification from City Honors School.
