Jorien van Dijk has extensive experience in the field of absenteeism management and human resources, currently serving as an Interim Verzuimspecialist at AB Texel Group since January 2023. Holding various roles since 2009, Jorien has been involved in casemanagement and advisory functions for multiple organizations, including Arboservice and Fenner Dunlop EMEA. Jorien is also a co-owner of De VerzuimAdviesGroep, which supports employers in Northeastern Netherlands with absenteeism issues. Previous positions include interim assignments at Vechtdal College and Plukon Food Group, where advice was provided to HR departments and management. Jorien gained a bachelor's degree in Personnel & Labour from Saxion University of Applied Sciences between 2001 and 2005. Additionally, since 2013, Jorien has been the proud owner of Gîte Autet, a guesthouse available for rent from May to October.
