Jon Aimers is an experienced professional in procurement and category management with a strong background in retail operations. Currently serving as a Category Manager at Certco Inc. since April 2023, Jon previously held the position of Procurement Category Manager at Piggly Wiggly Midwest, LLC, where responsibilities included overseeing various center store categories and maintaining inventory levels for 110 stores. Earlier roles included Buyer for frozen foods at Piggly Wiggly, Assistant Store Director at Pick N Save, and Grocery Operations Manager at Copps, among others. Jon began a career in management at Ponderosa Steakhouse after earning a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from St. Norbert College in 2004.
