Previously, Ednaldo held roles at Ambev, including Continuous Improvement Corporate Manager and Operations and Distribution Manager, where achievements included management system optimization and overseeing over 1,450 personnel in distribution centers. Early career experience involved significant contributions in supply chain roles at Ambev and AB InBev, focusing on internal controls and performance standardization. Ednaldo holds multiple advanced degrees, including an Executive MBA from Insper, an MBA in International Management and Leadership from the Metropolitan School of Business & Management, and a Master's in Finance from FGV.
