Michelle Neil Assoc CIPD is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in strategic people management and performance leadership. Currently serving as People & Performance Director at AB Agri since September 2020, Michelle partners with the Managing Director and senior team to enhance organizational performance. Previous roles include Head of HR at DFS, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing a team and managing a strategic people plan across multiple sectors, and Head of HR at Dixons Carphone, where leadership included providing HR services across a large network of retail stores. Additional experience includes various HR business partner positions and consultancy work for a joint venture in the USA, alongside a background in finance recruitment. Michelle holds a BA Hons in French Studies from the University of Nottingham.
