Heath Martin is an experienced HR leader currently serving as the General Manager - People and Culture at Kinrise since March 2023. Previously, Heath held the position of Head of Partner Resources at Starbucks from April 2021 to March 2023 and was the Head of People & Culture for Coles’ Liquor and eCommerce divisions for a brief period in late 2020. Between November 2017 and July 2020, Heath worked at NAB, leading the People functions for both the Risk and Consumer and Wealth areas. Heath's earlier roles include HR Director for General Mills across various regions, including AMEA and Asia Pacific, as well as HR Manager at Pillsbury Australia and HR Coordinator positions at Southcorp and Aberfoyle. Education includes a Bachelor of Business in Human Resources from Deakin University and a High School Certificate from Wheelers Hill Secondary College.
