Troy Jonas has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the aviation industry. Troy served as the Vice President Global Sales and Marketing, Aircraft and Engineering Services at AAR Corp where they were responsible for the company's major maintenance inspections and aircraft modifications. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President and General Manager at Standard Aero - Associated Air Center, specializing in the maintenance and modification of large transport aircraft. Troy also served as the Operating Partner at Q Investments/Intermet Corp, leading a $268M automotive metal casting business. Additionally, Troy Jonas has held positions at Bombardier Aerospace and Lockheed Martin, where they gained experience in aircraft services and production management.

Troy Jonas pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Manufacturing Engineering from Texas A&M University between 1987 and 1990. In 2005, they attended the Harvard Business School for a short duration to obtain an Advanced Management Program (AMP) in Business Administration and Management, General.
