Delaney Heal is a proficient Human Resources professional with experience as a Human Resources Generalist at the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care since July 2023 and previously as a Corporate Recruiter at McMaster-Carr from November 2020 to July 2023. At McMaster-Carr, Delaney developed innovative recruitment strategies and engaged passive candidates for management and systems engineering roles. Prior roles include serving as a Human Resources Generalist at XR Trading, where Delaney managed global payroll processes and collaborated on compensation structures, and as an Event Manager at the University of Illinois Ice Arena, supervising operations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
