Eunice Mendoza, MBA, nurtures internal relationships as she provides overall leadership and guidance to the HR team and its function. As vice president of the Human Resources department at Zynx Health, Eunice’s primary focus areas include talent acquisition, onboarding, talent management, leadership development, succession planning, performance, and compensation. Eunice also creates career development programs for continued employee growth.
Eunice simultaneously holds the same position at First Databank (FDB), another organization under the Hearst Corporation umbrella. FDB helps transform drug information into actionable drug knowledge solutions that deliver a tangible difference in improving healthcare.

With more than 15 years of experience in the field, Eunice designs and implements organizational people strategies in partnership with the company’s executive team to optimize growth, productivity, and engagement. Eunice is a Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) and has earned designation as a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP®).
Eunice holds an MBA and a certificate in Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix.
