Steven Guinter is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in highway engineering and project management. Currently, Steven serves as a Senior Project Manager and Highway Engineer at AMT Engineering since June 2018. Prior to this role, Steven worked at Mackin Engineering Company for nearly 17 years, progressing from Highway Designer to Chief Highway Engineer for the Harrisburg Office. Steven's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus on Transportation from Penn State University, completed in 2001, as well as studies at the Pennsylvania State University - World Campus from 2001 to 2003. Steven graduated from Hempfield High School in 1996.
