Pat Jones has over 16 years of experience as a receptionist, currently working at A Child's Haven since March 2007. Prior to this position, Pat served as a switchboard operator and receptionist at IBM Global Services from 1996 to March 2007, where responsibilities included professionally greeting visitors and operating a 6 line Meridian M2250 Switchboard console. Pat holds a commercial degree from Bladensburg Senior High School, attended from 1958 to 1961.
