Chloe Diaz is a dedicated social work professional with extensive experience in youth and family services. Currently serving as a Case Manager and BSW intern at Tampa Housing Authority since January 2023, Chloe specializes in providing resources and care for youth in the Tampa area, conducting intakes, screenings, and therapeutic sessions. Additionally, Chloe works as a Youth Worker at Children's Home Network, supporting clients in foster care, and as a Case Manager Intern at Breaking Free Services, LLC, addressing clients’ specific needs. Previous roles include an Educational Program Leader at Brandon Sports and Aquatic Center and a Childcare Worker at FishHawk Fellowship Church. Chloe holds a BSW in Social Work from the University of South Florida and an Associate of Arts degree from Hillsborough Community College.
