Leonard Eilander is a seasoned User Experience Designer currently employed at Translink since June 2019. Eilander has also been actively involved with 999 Games as a demonstrator of board games since May 2018. Previous experience includes roles in event decoration at 2-nice from November 2018 to June 2019 and in the hospitality sector with T&E Studenten Uitzendbureau, where responsibilities included working in schools, stadiums, and festivals from August 2018 to June 2019. Eilander gained valuable experience as a Game Designer at Educatieve Uitgeverij Delubas from September 2016 to July 2017, focusing on game design, level design, UI design, and playtesting. An internship in game design at WitchWorld from April 2013 to February 2014 involved activities such as 3D modeling, printing, scanning, and paper prototyping. Eilander holds a Bachelor of Arts and Technology with Honours in Game Design, Game Development, and Interaction Design from HKU, completed in 2018, and an Associates Degree in Game Design from Deltion College Zwolle, obtained in 2014.
