Michelle Paitich currently serves as Channel Chief and Global Vice President of Channel Sales at 8x8, beginning in December 2023. Previously, Michelle held various leadership roles at Twilio from May 2018 to December 2023, including Senior Director of Global Flex Partner Strategy and Senior Director of Partner Experience, where responsibilities included building and overseeing partner channels and programs. Before Twilio, Michelle was the Director of the AppExchange ISV Program & Partner Success at Salesforce from February 2012 to May 2018, focusing on partner program development. Michelle's career in marketing began at Morrison & Foerster LLP as a Marketing Manager from July 2005 to December 2012. Michelle earned an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and French from Lehigh University.
