Stephen Graham is a Help Desk Specialist I at PDS since January 2024, bringing extensive experience in customer service and management from previous roles. As Assistant General Manager at Border Foods Companies from March 2019 to January 2024, Stephen progressed from Team Member to Shift Lead, ultimately overseeing Shift Leads and honing skills in scheduling, inventory, and conflict resolution. Previously, as a Helpdesk Technician at the University of Wyoming from August 2015 to March 2019, Stephen resolved various customer issues and assisted in training new hires. Stephen holds an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Casper College, earned between 2013 and 2015.
