Fernando Peralta

Fernando Peralta possesses extensive culinary experience, currently serving as a prep chef, line chef, and sauté chef at 801 Restaurant Group since December 2021. Previous roles include line chef at del's Frisco's and sous chef at Del Frisco's Restaurant Group. Fernando has also worked in various capacities, from lead cook at Piper Inn to kitchen manager at Milo's Sports Tavern and Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Q.
