Zsolt Antal is an experienced regional manager currently leading operations for 7bone Burger Co. since January 2017, focusing on culture development, staff recruitment, training, and performance optimization to enhance customer satisfaction and financial outcomes. Previously, Zsolt served as general manager in the same organization, where responsibilities included daily management, performance management, and adherence to operational standards. Prior experience also includes roles as 1st assistant manager at Nando's UK, branch manager at Moka Cafe & Cucina, and assistant manager at the same establishment.
