Jordon Washington has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. Jordon began at Warrenton 8 Cinema as a General Employee, then moved on to become an Ice Cream Ambassador at Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams in 2016. In 2017, they became a Digital Media Intern at the Nashville Entrepreneur Center while also founding College in Color. In 2019, they took on two roles at Ruby, working as both a Marketing Manager and a Marketing Coordinator. In 2020, they became a Co-Founder at GoodPepper and a Paid Advertising and Marketing Strategy Consultant at JW Consulting. Jordon's current role is Digital Marketing and Content Specialist at 7 Springs Orthopedics, which they began in 2022.

Jordon Washington attended Belmont University from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. Jordon also holds certifications from Google, Meta, and HubSpot Academy, obtained in November 2022, February 2021, and July 2021, respectively.
