Paul Ress has a diverse work experience spanning various marketing roles and positions. Their most recent role is as the Digital Marketing Director at CareScout, where they focus on acquisition strategy, paid digital media, SEO, analytics, experimentation, and marketing tech stack. Prior to that, they worked at Avail as the Head of Performance Marketing and Marketing Manager, overseeing performance marketing and paid media initiatives. Before Avail, they held positions at Anthem, Inc., including Channel Activation Strategist, Marketing Manager for performance media and channel activation, and Marketing Manager for member communications. Paul also has experience at J&L Marketing, Inc. as a Marketing Director and Digital Strategist, as well as at The Learning House, Inc. as a Senior PPC Analyst and PPC Analyst. Paul ventured into entrepreneurship as the Co-Founder of Warehouse39. Paul Ress obtained their Doctor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Liberty University between 2023 and 2026. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Concordia University-St. Paul from 2015 to 2016. In 2005, they began their academic journey by pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing at the University of Louisville. Paul successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 2010.
