Sajina John is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as Director of Talent Acquisition COE at UST since May 2021. Prior experience includes the role of Associate Vice President at taggd and Practice Head - Talent Acquisition at PeopleStrong, where Sajina led a large team in delivering strategic recruitment solutions for prominent clients, notably managing a successful RPO for Honeywell Technology Solutions India. Additionally, Sajina held the position of Human Resources Recruitment Officer at Emirates, specializing in the recruitment and onboarding of flight operations professionals. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Strathclyde, a Foundation Program in Baking Science and Pastry Arts from the City & Guilds of London Art School, a Bachelor's Degree in Education from Indira Gandhi National Open University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from the University of Kerala.
