Ioana Moldovan began their career in 2013 as a Business Improvement Asisstant Manager/ Manager for 3 months (cover) at STA Travel, followed by a Customer Service Coordinator and Product Loader role. In 2014, they moved to URS Certificari Romania as a Marketing Manager. In 2020, they joined MusiX as an Information Technology Recruitment Specialist and is currently a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at Scalable Global Solutions JSC, where they are actively sourcing, updating current and designing new recruiting procedures, implementing new sourcing methods, and more.

Ioana Moldovan obtained a University Degree in Economy of Commerce, Tourism and Services from Universitatea “Petru Maior” din Târgu-Mureș between 2008 and 2011. Her field of study was The Economy of Commerce, Tourism and Services.
