Kibrom Wendem is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and infrastructure management. Currently serving as Technical Support Team Lead at 4PS since January 2019, Kibrom also held the role of Technical Support Consultant within the same company. Previous experience includes working as ICT-beheerder at Hosokawa Micron B.V. and as Infrastructure Engineer at CRM Partners. Kibrom began the career as Second Line Support Analyst at MICROS Systems Inc and as ICT Support Engineer at Aan de Stegge Twello. Academic achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Business & IT Management from Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen and multiple certifications, including MCSA and a Microsoft Certificate of Excellence in Windows 7.
