Dakshesh Pandit currently serves as Vice President of Finance at 3M, starting in September 2023. Prior to this role, Dakshesh was the Global T&E Process Owner at Wabtec Corporation from April 2021 to August 2023, where implementation of common processes across 40 countries and 150 entities was achieved as part of the Integration 2.0 initiative. Dakshesh also held the position of Supply Chain India CFO at GE Transportation, overseeing a $2.6 billion order fulfillment for a joint venture with Indian Railways. In previous roles at GE Healthcare, key contributions were made in establishing and expanding financial operations within Global Shared Services, along with leadership in finance for global supply chain activities. Dakshesh's extensive experience in financial management spans various capacities across multiple GE entities and firms, supported by strong educational backgrounds in finance and engineering.
