Holden Merone is currently a Business Intelligence and Analytics Intern at 3E, where analysis of business intelligence data supports improved efficiency and tailored employee incentives using tools like Power BI, Sisense, and Excel. Since September 2022, Holden has also served as a Firefighter at Seminole Trail Volunteer Fire Department, providing Fire and EMS services while demonstrating leadership and quick decision-making under pressure. Previously, as a Sales Associate at Lowe's Companies, Inc., from April to August 2020, Holden contributed to operations during the Covid-19 pandemic by streamlining internet order processes and enhancing customer service. Holden is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Economics at the University of Virginia, having previously earned an Associate of Science from Richard Bland College of William & Mary.
