Silvia Mota Dias has extensive work experience in the legal field. Silvia started their career at Bayer in 2007 as a Lawyer, handling corporate, contractual, and antitrust matters. Silvia later became a Senior Lawyer, taking on additional responsibilities such as overseeing restructuring processes and conducting proceedings before competition authorities. In 2015, Silvia joined Covestro as the Head of Legal, Compliance Officer & Data Privacy Officer.

Silvia Mota Dias has an education history that includes various degrees and programs. In 2000 to 2005, they attended FMU - Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law. From 2010 to 2012, they attended FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, where they studied Corporate Law. In 2016, Silvia attended Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa for Executive Education in the field of Compliance. In 2018, they pursued a Leadership program at Movendo Consulting GmbH. In 2019, they attended Opice Blum Academy for immersive learning in data protection, specifically LGPD X GDPR. Most recently, in 2022, Silvia studied Circular Economy and Sustainability Strategies at Cambridge Judge Business School.
