Mike Mitres has over 15 years of experience in the field of Quality Assurance and Digital Project Management. Mike has worked in various companies, including 360insights.com, where they served as a Team Lead, Test Engineer, and Senior Test Engineer. In these roles, they led testing efforts on different projects, implemented automation using tools like Selenium and Robot Framework, and assisted in major upgrades to AWS services. Prior to this, Mike worked at INVIVO Communications as a Technical QA Team Lead and at Mobiroo as a Quality Assurance Manager, where they successfully tested and launched numerous applications. Mike also has experience as a Digital Project Manager in companies like Nurun, Social Game Universe, Transcontinental Interactive, Syncapse, and Supernova Entertainment, where they managed projects, collaborated with different teams, and delivered successful outcomes. Mike's expertise includes testing, test automation, project management, and client communication.

Mike Mitres completed a Diploma in Computer Programmer/Analyst from Centennial College between 1996 and 1999. Mike also obtained a certification in Baseball Canada NCCP - Coaching at 11u Competition and Community Level, from Baseball Canada in 2022.
