Tracey Regan has a diverse range of work experience in the financial industry. Tracey is currently the Sales Director at 24 Exchange Bermuda LTD, a position they started in December 2022. Prior to this, Tracey worked at Sucden Financial Limited as an OTC FX Derivatives Salesperson from February 2019 to November 2022.

Tracey also has experience at Barclays, where they held roles as FX Corporate Salesperson from May 2016 to August 2017, and as BARX FX Salesperson from August 2013 to May 2016. Before joining Barclays, Tracey worked at Bloomberg from July 2011 to August 2013 as a Sales and Account Manager, focusing on FX, Metals, and Emerging Markets. Prior to that, they were a FX and Commodities Specialist at Bloomberg from August 2010 to July 2011.

Tracey's early career included an internship at Bloomberg as a Sales and Analytics Intern from May 2009 to August 2009, and an internship at CBIZ as an HRC Intern from June 2008 to August 2008. Tracey also attended the University of Virginia, where they graduated with a dual major in Finance and Management from the McIntire School of Commerce in May 2010. During their time at university, Tracey completed two minors in Spanish and Economics.

Tracey Regan attended the University of Virginia from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts degree. Their majors included Finance, Management, and Spanish.
