Ted Rizzo has extensive experience in IT operations and network management, currently serving as Manager of IT Operations at 1st Financial Bank USA since March 2018. Rizzo also possesses a solid background as a Field Engineer with NEC Unified Solutions, focusing on enterprise telecom network design and VoIP implementation, and previously worked in a similar capacity at Shared Technologies.
