Jena Le is an HR and Talent Acquisition Assistant at 1st Choice, LLC, since July 2022, specializing in recruitment through virtual interviews, candidate sourcing, and ATS management. Prior experience includes a Human Resources Intern role focused on talent recruitment, onboarding, and skills evaluation, having successfully matched over 30 candidates. Additionally, Jena developed and delivered a virtual workshop on ChatGPT for staff training and utilized AI for market research and communication drafting. Previously, as a Junior Coordinator at LearnServe International, Jena organized a student-led conference and provided coaching for presenters. Jena is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University, with a high school diploma from Sherwood High School in 2023.
